How It Works:
If you are on the phone with one of our technicians troubleshooting an issue and they suggest you work through smplAssist with them, they will issue a session ID for you to enter followed by your name then “click” Join Session to proceed.
smplAssist is powered by Mikogo and allows our technicians to have secure, temporary remote control of a computer or server. Providing our clients with speedy, immediate, secure and cost-effective support through screen sharing.
You will be prompted to download and run a small, virus-free plug-in which will connect you to our technician.
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
