smplAssist is a screen sharing program which allows our technicians to have safe and secure temporary remote control of a computer or server. The goal is to provide our clients with immediate and cost-effective support, without sending a member of The Tech Team™ to the client’s location unless really needed.
If you are troubleshooting an issue over the phone with one of our technicians and they suggest working through smplAssist click “Proceed to smplAssist” at the bottom of this screen, you will be prompted to download and run a small, virus-free plug-in which will connect you to our technician.
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
